ARL5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,050 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL5C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, TORC1 signaling, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with ARL5C in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5C-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process grouped by ARL5C-low versus ARL5C-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
