Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL5B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL5B data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARL5B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL5B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and SARC are the cancer types where ARL5B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
