Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,806 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL5AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Midbody abscission, Anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with ARL5AP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5AP1 results are reported.
