Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL5AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL5AP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ARL5AP1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL5AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
THYM, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where ARL5AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
