Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL5A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL5A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ARL5A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and UCEC are the cancer types where ARL5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
