ARL5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,084 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TANC1, UTP25, and DIP2C_S89. Each is linked with ARL5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL5A versus TANC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
