Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL5A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,164 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRCA1, TRIP13, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ARL5A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL5A versus BRCA1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
