Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,955 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with ARL5A in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL5A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL5A results are reported.
