ARL4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL4D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are STSP1, GM2AP1, and CYCSP7. Each is linked with ARL4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4D-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STSP1 grouped by ARL4D-low versus ARL4D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
