Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL4AP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL4AP1 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ARL4AP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL4AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARL4AP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
