Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL4AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,002 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL4AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK3, ANK3_S847, and HNRNPA2B1. Each is linked with ARL4AP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4AP1-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL4AP1 versus ANK3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
