Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,510 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1P5, KRTAP8-2P, and MIR4445. Each is linked with ARL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4A results are reported.
