Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL4A RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL4A data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ARL4A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL4A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and CHOL show a favorable association.

BLCA, ACC, and KIRP are the cancer types where ARL4A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
