ARL4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with ARL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by ARL4A-low versus ARL4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
