The most reproducible ARL4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transforming growth factor beta production, Transforming growth factor beta1 production, and Transport of virus. Each is linked with ARL4A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL4A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL4A results are reported.
