Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL2BPP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARL2BPP2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARL2BPP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL2BPP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ARL2BPP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
