Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL2BPP2 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ARL2BPP2’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where ARL2BPP2 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ARL2BPP2 is over-expressed in tumor.
STAD are the cancer types where ARL2BPP2 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
