Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,591 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL801P, RAB30, and RASGRF2. Each is linked with ARL15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL15-to-partner and partner-to-ARL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
