Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARL14EP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARL14EP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ARL14EP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARL14EP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ARL14EP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
