ARL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMB3, MISP, and LAMC2. Each is linked with ARL14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL14 versus LAMB3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
