ARL14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ARL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ARL14-low versus ARL14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
