ARL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,800 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Defense response to bacterium, Negative regulation of supramolecular fiber organization, and Negative regulation of response to type II interferon. Each is linked with ARL14 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL14-to-partner and partner-to-ARL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Defense response to bacterium grouped by ARL14-low versus ARL14-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
