Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL13B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,016 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL13B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Substrate-independent telencephalic tangential interneuron migration, Receptor localization to non-motile cilium, and Substrate-independent telencephalic tangential migration. Each is linked with ARL13B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Substrate-independent telencephalic tangential interneuron migration grouped by ARL13B-low versus ARL13B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
