Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL13B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL13B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMX1A, CDR1, and GSTA2. Each is linked with ARL13B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13B-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LMX1A grouped by ARL13B-low versus ARL13B-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL13B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL13B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
