ARL13A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL13A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,161 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL13A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPR, HTATSF1, and THOC1. Each is linked with ARL13A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL13A versus HNRNPR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
