ARL13A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL13A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 346 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAT2B, STAU1, and GSE1. Each is linked with ARL13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL13A versus KAT2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
