ARL13A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL13A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,432 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL13A-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, TYMSP2, and NFYBP1. Each is linked with ARL13A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP2 grouped by ARL13A-low versus ARL13A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL13A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL13A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
