Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARL13A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL13A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of organelle assembly, Negative regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure, and Host-mediated perturbation of viral process. Each is linked with ARL13A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL13A-to-partner and partner-to-ARL13A results are reported.
