ARL11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,095 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARL11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, RIN3, and SKAP2. Each is linked with ARL11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL11-to-partner and partner-to-ARL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL11 versus PLEKHO2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
