Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARL11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,422 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TREML3P, TREML4, and PLTP. Each is linked with ARL11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL11-to-partner and partner-to-ARL11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARL11 versus TREML3P in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
