The most reproducible ARL11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Serotonin secretion, Cellular response to folic acid, and Serotonin production involved in inflammatory response. Each is linked with ARL11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARL11-to-partner and partner-to-ARL11 results are reported.
