ARIH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,579 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCN2, NPTN, and RTF1. Each is linked with ARIH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARIH1 versus RCN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
