ARIH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01386, MIR4418, and H2AB3. Each is linked with ARIH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01386 grouped by ARIH1-low versus ARIH1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
