The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ARID5A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARID5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where ARID5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
