Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARID4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf46, C2orf73, and EIF3L. Each is linked with ARID4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID4A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C5orf46 grouped by ARID4A-low versus ARID4A-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
