Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,794 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH8, ZBTB40, and RBM33. Each is linked with ARID3B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID3B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID3B results are reported.
