ARID3A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID3A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,067 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB3, LPP-AS2, and APOBEC3A. Each is linked with ARID3A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID3A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARID3A versus LILRB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
