Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF7-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGEF7-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGEF7-AS2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF7-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, DLBC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARHGEF7-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
