ARHGEF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,602 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, PPP6R2, and TANGO2. Each is linked with ARHGEF6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF6-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE19 grouped by ARHGEF6-low versus ARHGEF6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
