Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,757 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-838P, RNU6-1159P, and CPS1-IT1. Each is linked with ARHGEF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF5 results are reported.
