Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF40 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF40 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARHGEF40 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where ARHGEF40 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
