Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, TSC1, and ATM. Each is linked with ARHGEF4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by ARHGEF4-low versus ARHGEF4-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
