Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,786 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Cytoplasmic translation, and Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ARHGEF4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF4 results are reported.
