Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 659 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1, CEACAM21, and SPRR1A. Each is linked with ARHGEF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF4-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEPDC1 grouped by ARHGEF4-low versus ARHGEF4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
