The most reproducible ARHGEF37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BIN3, ARHGEF37_S251, and SLC4A1AP. Each is linked with ARHGEF37 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF37-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF37 results are reported.
