Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF26-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,290 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF26-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF26_S222, ARHGEF26_S392, and ARHGEF26_S80. Each is linked with ARHGEF26-AS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF26-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF26-AS1 results are reported.
