Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF25 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF25 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARHGEF25 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARHGEF25 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
