Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF10L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF10L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGEF10L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF10L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARHGEF10L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
