Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF10L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF10L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARHGEF10L mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF10L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and UCEC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where ARHGEF10L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
