Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF10L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASP5, ANKRD22, and TMEM51. Each is linked with ARHGEF10L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF10L-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF10L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF10L versus CASP5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF10L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF10L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
